I want to start a startup on international customer chat support with my friend actually. im taking project through vendor and i have a small doubt that Is I need to pay some amount to the vendor to get project and also they are saying that half of the amount will be released after completion of MOU I don't know weithere it is a genuine or not how can I identify and also give me some suggestions on this kind of startup, most importantly they said that the client are from USA and this project also based on US e commerce website and they also said that from the clint I will get some traing team which will be help full to start the project and also they will help us to avoid error, I don't know weithere i need to trust them or not and this vendor headquarters is in Ahmedabad they said that they already given projects for 3 company which was established in this states like 2 in Maharashtra and one in Chennai now I don't know information about that company because they are not going to say
