d2c is a competitive space, like I you want to start a chocolate startup, a ton of are there. due to this crowded space, saas brands take benefits from there. future is always bright for d2c but in future it'll more crowded, & another reason of crowded is that it's easy to start d2c, rather than saas or etc.
