Government should take action and publish a law for every startup like this so that they understand that humanity is also important not just scaling because end of the day if you not humble and take care about your employees how can you expect that they care about your brand! The startup hustle culture is toxic. Zepto and companies like it are so focused on scaling and profits that they forget their employees are human beings. This needs to stop.

If Zepto can’t ensure basic safety for its employees, they don’t deserve our money. Time to call for a boycott until they fix their toxic culture.
