continue contacting SBI customer care and visit a branch ,they should explore debt consolidation options and negotiate a payment plan with SBI & Seek help from a credit counselor or debt management agency also Keeping records of all communication with SBI it could be needed further it is necessary to prevent further damage and potential legal consequences.
