Fritz Cola's strategy is actually pretty common - we call it 'flank the giant.' Honest Tea did it before Coke bought them, Fever-Tree did it in mixers. The hard part isn't the initial differentiation; it's maintaining it after success. Most brands either get acquired or try to scale and lose what made them special. Let's see if Fritz can avoid both traps
