Guys i have 2 offers and need some guidance too ! capegemini 4lpa tech mahindra 5.5 lpa -> not recived any official offer letter but cleared all steps and latter of intent is done ! bond 2yrs should i apply in internships at good firms ? or continue with this offers ! like i am seeing some internship opportunities in big companies with good intership packages but unsure abouut any ppo or similar thing !!

sorry to say , but in current time of market you choose high brand value company to make advantage for you next job. In my view there is no Work life Balance , or Quality management. if you once make your mind set to earn then there is no time , location, hours. everything is just secondry elements first priority is Money. If you got good brand name with highest paid according to your skills then you must goo.

I am not sure with Capgemini but Tech M is not so good with management and salary kind of things.. also.. try fish bowl app or similar to that.. you'll get more clarity about work environment and other things you want to know about any company
