sorry to say , but in current time of market you choose high brand value company to make advantage for you next job. In my view there is no Work life Balance , or Quality management. if you once make your mind set to earn then there is no time , location, hours. everything is just secondry elements first priority is Money. If you got good brand name with highest paid according to your skills then you must goo.
