But there I think there is potential and untapped market in tier 2 and sub urban areas ...like from my home place ... i can order from zomato but there is no blinkit service nor swiggy instamart tho its just few kms away from city

Can we win by lower price or cross selling other services at very lower price etc?
How about offering cashback coupons when customers return paper bags for reuse? Great way to reduce waste and build customer loyalty.
