It would be great if you could elaborate more on what you wanted to say. while user input is primary in initial days,we use wearable integration which is integrating data from wearables like oura rings,samsung,apple or fitbit watches etc in order to gain deeper insights into the user's menstrual health but as far as we have researched it wasn't absolutely necessary. the key 5 pointers identified for menstrual health were inputted manually and still had great results.
