so manual input works well and there are a great number of apps out there - the only way you get downloads is either by having an exceptional UX or spending a lot on marketing. what is missing in the market is something which tracks the basal body temperature differences (no wearables in the market yet) and cross-analyse across heart rate sensors from regular wearables to predict ovulation.
