They invested their savings to establish the first cafe . โณThe business operates without refrigeration to ensure freshness, preparing batter and chutneys in small batches. They focus on using high-quality ingredients, such as pure ghee, and strictly avoid artificial flavors and baking soda. โณ The cafe has four outlets in Bengaluru and plans to expand to Hyderabad and Dubai. Future goals include establishing a presence across India and internationally. They emphasize quality over quantity, limiting the number of outlets in each location. โณ The business employs 700 people, processes around 7,500 daily transactions, and has an impressive gross margin of 70%. Each outlet reportedly generates significant monthly revenue, though exact figures are unconfirmed by the founders. โณ Divya and Raghavendra view their venture as a mission to showcase the potential of South Indian food globally, rejecting external investment to maintain full control over quality and operations. โณ They receive almost 15,000 to 20,000 franchise requests from across the country and abroad.
