Honestly what you said make a lot sense, I have been working from home for past 5 years and only pick WFH organization, though it comes with convince but I do miss the office environment, daily talks and things that help me grow. WFH makes it difficult to bifurcate between work and personal life sometimes. In office you know you have to work 9-5/6 and then its all your time no after hour work
