UNDERSTANDING THE CORE PRINCIPLES OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP Day 7: The Art of Pivoting:- Adapting to Change Sometimes, things don’t go as you planned and that’s okay. In fact, it’s a natural part of the entrepreneurial process. Just look at Instagram. Originally, it was a check-in app called Burbn, but the team quickly pivoted when they realized the photo-sharing feature was the most popular part of the app. That pivot turned Instagram into the global social media giant we know today. Pivoting isn’t about giving up, it’s about being flexible and open to new opportunities. If something is not working, don’t be afraid to adjust your approach, change your direction, or even reimagine your product. The most successful startups are the ones that can adapt to the ever-changing market and customer needs. So, keep an eye on feedback, be willing to change course, and remember: adaptability is key to survival in the startup world. Enjoyed this? Visit my profile @Shiv Bharankar for more posts.
