Well as of now they don't have plan-s to go public ever. So ESOP's are not something any employ wanna have so there is no meaning in ESOPs in the case

ESOPs are given in the initial stage so I was thinking how have they not given esops. Although it can be bought back so they may have bought back and hence there is no ESOPs
