I'm sure you would have gone through the same. Am a Doctor, who have started a Clinic with Pharmacy Combined. It's so tiring to find the "right people for the role", in my case it's Pharmacist/Sales person. Either they wanna high pay or they don't work as you expect. Do anyone have Any Idea to overcome this? Also How to Market Myself more?
