Today, I took demos from 7 different SaaS providers. At first, each one felt like they had everything a pharmacist could ever need. But as the demos went on, I realized most of them were overloaded with features — it’s just not easy to remember or navigate everything. They’re clearly more experienced than me, but one thing they do have mobile apps, but the software is clearly designed with PCs and laptops in mind. And the reality is — most pharmacy owners only have mobile phones. What are your thoughts on this?
