Totally hear you — and I get that comprehensive tools need that extra depth, especially for scaling across diverse needs. You're right, pharmacists can definitely adapt with the right training. But what stood out to me is that many of these platforms start complex, instead of growing with the user. For first-time users or small local pharmacies, that initial friction can be a dealbreaker — especially when their entire digital experience revolves around a phone. I guess it’s not about oversimplifying, but making the entry point feel natural. Depth can come later — but access has to come first.
