Actually in most cities Apollo and other companies are delivering things under 2-3 hrs. Which itself is more than needed(Average case) but the rise in quick commerce plants an opportunity to get essentials much more faster(Best Case). What companies like these are lacking is last mile delivery services like blinkit, zomato etc.. And the quick commerce giants are not currently diving into this maybe due to requirements like large no. of skus , adequate temperature for storage or some other reasons. Currently a gap is their and market can be created

Yeah I think the same But maybe blinkit can dive into it as recently they have also launched the 10 minute ambulance service
