Customer trust can be built through effective marketing and clear communication. It totally depends how you narrate your brand to customer. AI can help verify prescriptions at base level and you can gather medical info via a short questionnaire before orders which may make things easy. For expiry dates, custom barcodes with expiry information can be used.
