Bro its not jsut them...i mean do they just keep on working alone in the office and everyone leaves and goes back home? Each and every one of these hard workers has a whole bunch of people under them who are also grinding. Wonder why they're not praised or sung about.

If you are working under an organisation whether its 9hrs a day or 18hrs a day it will never be a profitable side for the individual. The company for which one is working can double the manforce and get the work done. But they will never do cz their pockets will be less heavier then. These all players are promoting this so their company can grow. India will grow or How much individual's wealth is effecting will never be the concern for them. Rest whether as a consumer or an employee we are just overflowing their pockets. 15 hrs a day should be an ideal time a person should devote to work out of which 9 hrs should be for the company and 6 hrs for developing personal portfolio.

But how someone get agree for doing 18 hrs a day with basic paycheck.
