Hi everyone, i was thinking of building a startup of selling roasted makhana-s in a 10rs pack as in market currently it is not sold under 70rs minimum, as people who do not prefer quick snacks and kurkure etc, would roasted makhana be a great replacement? will it work in the 10rs snacks market?

yes it will definitely work behen ! but Do u think u can afford a good enough quantity of makhana in 10rs where the average price of Makhana go from 800-1200 rs per kg in wholesale ?!

price of normal makhana is 1300 per kg how u can bear expenses in 10 rs bro....and quantity also..?

you cannot sell it at ₹10 because average price you will see that it is 500-600 kilograms, a makhana is considered a premium snacks like dryfruits, your idea is good but you cannot sell it that much cheap , too yum has also done that but they sold at a price of ₹35-40, they didn't replace their makhana snacks with chips and kurkure because of no variety and no proper taste , now they also sell chips and karare
