First priority is to accept the fact that no work is inferior or low standard for ex Plumber, Delivery Guy, Auto driver, etc There shouldn't be any fear for a person who is passionate to become a Carpenter. In India people think no way so and so will do that cheap job, no one will respect their profession and eventually he loses his confidence. This need to be changed among the society.
