₹180 crore is the net worth of every 1/3 employees in this company. It's parking lot are always filled with cars like Lamborghini and bugatti. Even freshers make more than ₹10 crores. The CFO of this company alone worth ₹6000 crores. And The Crazy part? They operate 7 days a week. And yes this company is no other than our Nivida. But how are the employees so rich? That's because they get stocks along with salaries when they join Nivida. And we all know that Nivida's stock performance is really amazing (3776% since 2019) so the wealth keeps on growing. And another crazy part? 1. No one is willing to retire because of "FOMO". Because many believe that the upcoming AI wave can multiply their wealth. 2. The CEO Jensen Huang believes in torturing employees to greatness (come on guys they are also paying accordingly, not like some Indian companies). 3. If any employee leaves early he could loose millions in uninvested stocks since Nivida split the stocks in every 4 years.
