95L for 2BHK bungalow with garden?? In which city?? In Bangalore that barely gets you a decent 3BHK apartment these days 💀 Also maintenance will be INSANE compared to apartments

this is in Neral 65 kms from Mumbai where you get the cheapest homes of mumbai in a building. 20 - 35 lakhs 1/2bhks. hmm. regarding Maintainance it will 20% higher then flats.
