In the name of FSI & development we are consuming exhorbit, being into the construction industry my idea is to not build high stories rather build natural homes & hv space for kitchen & spice garden, some fruit tress. where the price of 2-bhk is 40 lakhs in 7 floor project will people buy a 95 lakh 2bhk bunglow in like minded community/society. ??

Let's do the math: 40L apartment EMI: ~35k/month 95L bungalow EMI: ~83k/month BUT 50% lower electricity bills own vegetables (saving 5-6k/month) better appreciation no society maintenance still expensive but not as crazy as it sounds for upper middle class

95L for 2BHK bungalow with garden?? In which city?? In Bangalore that barely gets you a decent 3BHK apartment these days 💀 Also maintenance will be INSANE compared to apartments
