Guys, I read in reviews about ola that She booked the ride at a certain price but after reaching the destination, price increased and she had to pay more...while it was not mentioned at starting.. Can someone confirm if it is true or not?

The policies are there to safeguard the people who are taking services from any vendor ....... It's majorly the same if you book a cab and the payment option is Cash or post completion of the ride, you need to take a screenshot at the time you book the ride, and than if your charges are increased on completion of the ride, you don't need to argue with the driver, just directly raise the complain to the app sharing the screenshot and they'll refund the Extra amount charged.
