   RUBEX leverages data analytics to understand a student’s learning persona and curates a unique teaching methodology to deliver on-demand live class and improve the learning ability of students through hyper personalised learning experiences. 1. Ideated and designed the MVP of the product post doing user interviews with 200+ students & parents. 2. Build product roadmap post MVP release and run product iteration based on user feedback. 3. Write the Business plan, goals and targets for growth of the company. 4. Design cost structure, manage expenses and build financial projections. 5. Design GTM strategy for product launch, understand market positioning, messaging, competitive analysis and pricing strategy. 6. Launched the Android App and got 5k downloads within a quarter of launch. 7. Acquired 20k paid users across Android App and Website, organically by leveraging various online communities, B2B collaborations, and Product Led growth channels. 8. Experimented with products to increase the daily engagement duration from 15 minutes to 37 minutes. 9. Took the Monthly Active users to 9000 with D90 retention of 27% from 13% at launch. 10.Reduced the time to match the student with teachers from 45 minutes at launch to 22 minutes. 11.Experimented around various pricing strategies, and made a MRR of Rs. 4.5 Lakhs and total revenue of 28 Lakhs within 6 months of monetisation. 12. Built and led a team of 18 people across Design, Marketing, Academics, and Operations. 13. Build fundraising roadmap, closed a pre-seed round of 125k USD from a group of angel investors and managed investor relations via regular investor updates. 14. Underwent an Incubation program by NSRCEL at IIM-Bangalore.
