Strategic collaborations with eco-packaging suppliers and local vendors in each city will ensure sustainability. Marketing efforts, focused on community engagement and awareness of our zero-plastic commitment, will drive customer adoption. Step-by-step scaling will allow us to refine our processes in Jhansi before replicating the model across India.
