One more reason is the mentality. The rich or the potential rich are mostly visionary and do not have a short term need or goal on the other hand it's often seen that the poor often sacrifice their long term goals over the short ones. For example a poor family of 5 with 3 three children will prefer to involve their kids into daily waged work to meet their short term goal like earning more money for a family as a whole rather than sending their kids to school which might've ended up better.

Simple answer: money begets money and resources are limited. Inflow of money to the rich and outflow from the poor is breaking the bridge between the two.

Brother everything is about the boundaries that u set for ur self from my pov a person will become rich only by setting high standards ur out of box thinking contributes 50% of ur success to be rich
