I believe if the company has to score big and get 10 years of work in 5 years or less. That means everyone has ti deliver more than average. That’s what employees are been paid for. Employees are assets only if they are working and delivering productivity. And no one is forcing them not to quit. Quit and find something lenient if you don’t want to follow the code of the company that’s paying you.
