how to get your initial users for your app?? This is what i have done before and would do again if i ever had to, from scratch. - post on a lot of sub-reddits with some value prop to install my app. Comment from a different account saying i love it,

hi Venkat Raman, getting initial set of customers, getting feedback from them, addressing them, iterating your product untill it becomes stable is what's needed before jumping into marketing.. there're so many types of marketing is there and you need to choose your marketing strategy wisely for your product to scale your product.. please note, marketing is for scaling your successful product to tons of people and not for taking your product to the initial set of users for the first time!!
