I think main differentiation should be in the product I provide to the customer and the logo is not exactly copy from the other brands it holds a bit differentiation and I also agree with you that kettlebells are overused in this industry but just by seeing the bells the customer will able to recognise to which industry does this brand belongs , this is the main reason of involving kettlebells in the logo Anyways Thank you for the reply
