Lack of cardio is the biggest cause and not just founders but even singers (KK) and models/actors (Siddharth Shukla) have died because of it. Even Nitin Kamath (Zerodha) sufferer a heart attack thought he recovered. All of the above habitually went to gym but still got heart attack. Only way to maintain cardiovascular health is to play sports or go for running which people stop doing as they become adult (studies or job).

i think there are N number of factors involved. But if I want to emphasize the major ones that would 1) High Stress Level: Long working hours with no work-life balance. I may sound absurd, but it seems founders are those who bully others and get bullied at the same time. 2) Unhealthy Lifestyle: I think I don't need to explain this; we are all part of this vicious cycle, willingly or unwillingly. 3) Risk Factors: This may seem normal, but from my perspective, it isn't. Due to high-risk factors involved, there are high chances that one may develop constant hypertension, high cholesterol levels, and other related issues.

High saturated meat and non veg foods are dangerous for Youth

Well meat is the main problem

Bad diet and meat consumption , That's why go vegetarian otherwise any you will die ......

They all are eating non vegetarian meat food's and hundreds of studies happens on this

It’s simply poor diet. India is suffering from low protein & high carb diet with minimum exercise. The stress management can only be helpful if you are eating clean or atleast are aware of what you’re eating.

This is like the 3rd or 4th one in th elast couple of months?

Cigarettes, unnatural sleep times, bad eating habits and alcohol. That about sums it up, its either all of these or some of these but pretty sure its not none of these and still they passed away

Common factors are diet and gym.

"VCs push unrealistic growth targets, creating unbearable pressure on founders..

Founders are pushed to work 16+ hours a day, sacrificing sleep, diet, and exercise for their startups.

This is extremely worrying, as long as this kind of "no work-life balance (being normalised)" fad is continued, this will keep happenning..
