I want know why so many startup founders are dieing due to heart attacks. what's the reason behind it? can anyone share something related to these incidents?

i think there are N number of factors involved. But if I want to emphasize the major ones that would 1) High Stress Level: Long working hours with no work-life balance. I may sound absurd, but it seems founders are those who bully others and get bullied at the same time. 2) Unhealthy Lifestyle: I think I don't need to explain this; we are all part of this vicious cycle, willingly or unwillingly. 3) Risk Factors: This may seem normal, but from my perspective, it isn't. Due to high-risk factors involved, there are high chances that one may develop constant hypertension, high cholesterol levels, and other related issues.
