Can anyone tell that if someone has a very good idea for a startup but he does not have the funds to work on that idea nor does he have the time to work on the idea, then in that situation, can he sell that idea to someone or not ?

No VCs are neither replying nor interested in ideation stage startups .Well that is expected from Indian VCs

I took a good look at the startup showcase and I was very saddened that everyone has started their business or is about to start it but I have neither investment nor a team nor do I know app development. I have come to a complete standstill.😩😩 PL
