That's the biggest challenge nowadays, But Don't worry it has positive side as well, It is because of the creative minds, we can create anything and imagine or do anything with that, so you don't need to stop that just need to come out of negative overthinking and move it towards a positive overthinking, by getting 8-9 hrs ok effective sleeping, avoiding toxicity and surround yourself with people you feel good and secured around, don't watch unnecessary content and start reading books (which you find interesting), love fully, be vocal about your energies and stay away from negativity as well, Love your people, find habits that boost your confidence or in which you are good at. And focus on the path in which you want to become something or build something. All the best.
