I would probably give the title of "cheating" because things take up hardwork to be successful and while the chatGpt engineers gave their time in building such a nice bot , some person comes and builds an functional app with it in negligence hardwork

I don't have any great experience of it, but I think it's not a skill. Because everyone can give commands in ai like chatgpt and generate a viable website or app....
