Try capturing the local market. Contact manufacturing units, Small shopping markets, Path labs etc and offer them a solution to automate their work. Make sure to keep the pricing of your solution cheaper than the existing ones. Also offer maintenance assurance to them because larger companies fail to cater to the small audience especially in the maintenance department
