it's okay until everything is okay internally otherwise everyone knows what happens with Travis Kalanick , Steve Jobs and other 1000+ entrepreneurs who builds everything but lost in power dynamics so people's should Stop portraying it as a highly strategic or unique decision . It's good decision When you have so many umbrella companies like many conglomerates and you have dual-class stock structure .
