I totally agree with your point. Children who didn't completed their 10th yet can be shaped by making them realise their true potential. Somebody like singing, dancing, swimming, playing musical instruments etcetera... We can help them to find their interest. Also we can help them to boost up their financial knowledge which schools won't teach unfortunately. Education is most important but education of what? Education of grades? No! Self education is most important than schooling. I won't say schools are thrash but when kids are able invest in the question 'What in it for me?' they could ignite their true potential & may can come up with new ideas, innovations & startups. Apart from schooling, having knowledge about world economy, finances isn't necessary but needed. I see potential in this venture if you start it

That's a good idea to match the pace of modern day advanced brain. But the matter is If a +1 student is alrady giving 7 hours in their traditional syllabus then how you will encourage institutions or the students to pursue this one because can't deny the fact that traditional studies are also important.

And about finance also (black money,white money - how banks work - and about different accounts - about savings - about investments- trading,mutual,real state ) all these things,I have studied In a town till 10th but now when I finally came dehli ,I have learnt these all things now in just past 7-8 months, before I literally knew nothing.
