usp - 1st customer ko bank k chakkar nhi lgane padenge 2nd they will have option to negotiate roi by talking directly to the lender 3rd . if customer is foreclosing loan after 3 month or 6 monthinstead of charging foreclosure charges we will give 2% cashback 4rd . less paperwork 5th. most of borrower are getting harrasment by recovery agents yaha wo tension nhi hoga everything will be legal on paper
