not only for their consultation we will teach them properly by your course and give a consultant certificate by your company . and as a individual person I am promoting my company in huge level so we will work with profit sharing on his capability if he is more experience with us so we will reduce his percentage like 50-50 . or if he is new so we will give him 25 to 30 % per deal
