Hii, I want start my startup but i want someone trustable with me but isnt it he will demand me to give 50 percent stakes to him, how to have mutual understanding and avoid sharing max or no stakes or share or company, and also what if later he claims that company belong to him, how to claim or register thats my company earlier only and not belong to him he is just a co founder or employee.

Not everyone needs to be a co-founder. If you want control, give them a salary and some stock options, but keep the major equity for yourself.

Draft a co-founder agreement from day 1 that outlines who owns what, roles, responsibilities, and how decisions will be made. A handshake deal won’t protect you later.

t's a rookie mistake. You can’t just give away half the company because someone’s "trustable." They need to bring serious value. Define roles clearly before giving away shares.
