Say, if I want to know what processes in the workflow of a mining company can be automated. For that, I need to get to know and understand the workflow first. How can I gather that information? Whom can I approach for a 10 min conversation and how? Once I have understood the workflow and standard processes that the company follows, I can figure out which ones I can automate.
