They offer them at dirt-cheap prices, yet the discounts and free delivery benefits costs much more than the membership price. So, how does that financially work?

ig they are just burning again. All those million dollars of funding is being used fo fund this, just to retain customers. And you that they are charging extra fees in terms of handling charges, etc. So that pays for it
