i am not a good person to explain it to you because I am not yet there and not even practicing the things that need to be done. needed to be done (i did not did it myself). : 1.) introduce the subject matter expert in your project. and take his guidance. 2.) talk to your team daily. 3.) go to events that are done regarding to your industry and talk to people. 4.) keep and mentor and report to him/her daily.
