I want to urbanize rural areas at massive scale. Who may help in that?
Is there anyone who is also brainstorming on this?
India has total of 6.5 Lakhs + villages.
Nearly more than 68% are rural.
I want to make these rural areas urbanized.

Focus on infrastructure first, infra is the reason they havent urbanised. If the infra comes, people will come too because right now, people are jsut leaving from rural places
