Honestly, after visiting over 45 countries, India really stands out when it comes to personal hygiene issues, and it’s hard not to notice. Hygiene habits here feel very different from what I’ve seen in other places, and it can be uncomfortable at times. Staying clean here feels like a challenge. The hot, humid weather doesn’t help—it adds to issues with body odor and general freshness. Relying mostly on water for hygiene might work to some extent, but it doesn’t seem to cover everything. The infrastructure makes things harder, too. In cities, there are more resources, but in rural areas, many people still don’t have proper sanitation. Limited access to toilets and clean water isn’t just inconvenient; it affects health. I’ve seen programs like Swachh Bharat working to improve things, but progress feels slow. It’s frustrating to see such beautiful places held back by these issues, and it makes me wonder why these hygiene challenges aren’t being tackled more effectively.
