I want to urbanize rural areas at massive scale. Who may help in that? Is there anyone who is also brainstorming on this? India has total of 6.5 Lakhs + villages. Nearly more than 68% are rural. I want to make these rural areas urbanized.

New things first develop in Western Counteries. Then copied in tier 1 cities of our counteries then tier 2 then teir 3. A larger gap is there in tier 1 cities and rural areas in aspect of livelihood, technologies, etc. i want to organise these large areas of rural society.
