aside from legal advice and documents. what you want to set up is a stall, well at the start you can start by 👉local research and demands(what kind of flavour and taste locals like) 👉set competitive price(not much not low) 👉choose an mvp, 👉create something new(can be flavour, backstory, food, design, etc..) 👉 focus on overall hygiene 👉like you said there's no fast food stall in your locality, you have an advantage. 👉keep growing and experimenting with different stuff.(I hope you are getting the point).
